Personal Data Processing Information
(pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation 679/2016)
FONDAZIONE EVENTI E INIZIATIVE SOCIALI SRL CON SOCIO UNICO (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") as the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that the personal data you provide by filling out the registration form for the inauguration of the XXI edition of the Festival della Mente will be processed lawfully in compliance with current regulations and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING and LEGAL BASIS
The data you provide will be processed to manage and fulfill your registration and accreditation request for the inauguration of the XXI edition of the Festival della Mente. The processing is made lawful by your explicit request.
PROCESSING METHODS
The processing will be carried out using paper and electronic means, employing all security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and prevent illegal activities in compliance with current regulations.
OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Providing data for the purpose of registration and accreditation is mandatory. Failure to provide the essential data necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes will result in the inability to complete your registration for participation in the event.
COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be communicated to the internal staff of the Foundation – – as subjects specifically appointed to do so – as well as to the staff appointed by the external Data Processor expressly authorized and involved in the management of the activities necessary for handling registrations and accreditations. Your data will not be disclosed nor transferred to non-EU countries.
TIMEFRAME
Your data will be processed for the period necessary for managing the accreditation issuance activities and will be retained no later than the event for which you provided your data for registration purposes.
RIGHTS
As a data subject in relation to the data provided, you are entitled to all the rights provided by Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016, including:
• Obtaining confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exists and their communication in an intelligible form;
• Obtaining information on the origin of personal data;
• Obtaining the updating, rectification, erasure, or integration of data;
• Objecting, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you.
