Cultivating the flow of spontaneous joy

Gratitude is a feeling that arises naturally, nourishing us and inspiring us to do our best in our relationship with ourselves and with others. In an era dominated by stress, anxiety, and depression, gratitude is often viewed as a superficial, selfish, or even immoral feeling. How can one be happy when the world seems to be getting worse? But actually, the happier we are, the more we appreciate how precious life is and the importance of dedicating our time and energy to others. This workshop will use Kundalini Yoga movement, breathing, and meditation techniques to help participants experience gratitude, an inherent part of our being.

The practice is suitable for all ages and skill levels; participants should bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Maximum of 30 participants.

Chandra Costanza Coletti

Chandra Costanza Coletti (Roma, 1988) inizia a praticare yoga a diciott'anni.
