Origin of feelings
Two different (yet complementary?) approaches –neuroscience and philosophy – , can help us rethink about ancient question: why do humans and other animals feel emotions? Can we control them, change them, or just learn how to use them better?

Her book published by Einaudi include Lezioni di felicità was published, Esercizi filosofici per il buon uso della vita (2019), already translated into several languages, and Vita segreta delle emozioni (2021). He collaborates with several newspapers and magazines and teaches writing.

Daniela Perani, neurologist and neuroradiologist, she is full professor of Neuroscience at the San Raffaele University of Milan, having the chair of coordinator of the PhD course in Cognitive Neuroscience and of director of the postgraduate school in Neuropsychology. His research concerns cognitive neuroscience and the study of neurodegenerative diseases, applying in vivo molecular imaging techniques.
